Privacy Policy

What we collect and why

• Account: your Google sign-in email, to create and secure your account.
• Mobile number: to verify you are a real person and to give one set of free questions per number. In our own records we keep only a one-way encrypted fingerprint of the number. Our login provider (Supabase) stores the number to send the OTP.
• Questions: sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the answer. Before sending, we automatically mask phone numbers, emails, PAN, GSTIN, IFSC, Aadhaar, card and account numbers. We do not store your questions or answers. We store only usage records (date, type of request, credits and cost).
• Resume ATS check: your resume file is read inside your browser and is not uploaded. Only the extracted text (and any job description you paste) is sent, with phone numbers, emails, PAN and account numbers masked first, to our AI provider to produce the report. We do not store your resume or the report.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We never see or store card, UPI or bank details. We keep the order ID, amount and status.
• Website statistics: anonymous daily counts only (pages and sections viewed, buttons clicked, quiz topics, the website that referred you, country/city and device type). No cookies, no advertising trackers and no IP addresses are stored. A daily-changing one-way code is used only to count unique visitors and is deleted after 2 days. We respect “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control.
• Security signals: an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address and browser identifier, used only to prevent fraud and abuse.

Customer names, personal details of third parties or confidential documents. Describe situations in general terms.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Anthropic (AI answers), Razorpay (payments) and the SMS/OTP provider. We do not sell your data.

Your rights (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, usage records and free-question record.

Retention

Usage and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements, then deleted.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security, so each user can see only their own records.
