Refund & Cancellation Policy

AR Credits (AI assistant and Resume ATS reports)

• AR Credits are digital and are added to your account immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
• Unused credits: you can request a full refund of a pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
• Failed answers: if an AI answer or ATS report cannot be delivered, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Payment issues: if you were charged but credits did not appear, or you were charged twice, write to us with your payment ID and we will add the credits or refund the extra amount.
• Credits that have been used to generate answers or reports cannot be refunded.

Training, workshops and consulting

• Fees, schedule and cancellation terms are agreed in writing (proposal or invoice) before the work starts.
• Unless agreed otherwise: cancel at least 7 days before a program or session starts for a full refund; within 7 days, you can move to a later batch or date.

How to request a refund

Email hello@cashcollectpro.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
